• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives

   

  General

   

  1.              Management will encourage close relation with the police Neighbourhood Beat Manager/POC’s for the area that the premises are situated.

   

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              A suitable CCTV system is in operation at the premises to supplement visual supervision by members of staff for both inside and external to the premises

  2.              Spirits will only be displayed behind the counter area under staff supervision and all other alcohol will be displayed in areas affording maximum visual supervision

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.              Suitable and sufficient First Aid equipment will be available for the treatment of customers and staff

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.              Liaison and full co-operation with police             

  2.              Litter bins provided

  3.              External CCTV in operation (within guidelines)

  4.              Induction through staff training for the requirement to disperse customers from the immediate external boundary

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.              A proof of age policy has and will be rigidly enforced, passports, photo driving licences and identity cards bearing the PASS logo will be the only acceptable forms of identification

  2.              Members of staff who are not the holder of the personal licence will receive training in the social and legal age responsibilities of retailing alcohol and all other age restricted goods

  3.              Alcohol will be displayed in areas that afford the maximum visual supervision

   

   

  There will be no adult entertainment at this premise
