ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions that have been agreed with the Police Licensing Authority
Door Supervisors
1. Random drug searches will be undertaken as a condition of entry
2. Queuing of customers will be monitored to ensure orderly behaviour
3. Incidents of violence within the premises will be reported to the police at the earliest opportunity and they will be afforded all assistance possible in the course o any criminal investigation
Bottles and Glasses
1. No open glass bottles or drink containers will be taken from the premises
2. Toughened glass will be used to serve drink other than wine, spirits, and soft drinks ie. for all beers, lagers and ciders
3. Regular glass and bottle collection from all public areas will take place
Drugs
1. Zero tolerance to drug use and dealing
Conditions relating to the Protection of Children from Harm
1. No person under the age of 18 years will be permitted to enter the premises as a customer
2. Signs will be displayed to inform customers that anyone who looks under 21years of age may be asked for photo identification and staff will be appropriately trained in implementing this policy
Conditions that have been agreed with the Environmental Health Authority
Public Safety
1. An air management system within the premises will be used during entertainment, as there will be insufficient ventilation when all windows and doors are closed, to prevent noise break out. Details of the system will be forwarded to the Environmental Regulation Services for comment
Public Nuisance
1. Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment
2. Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment
3. Provide a lobby to the front entrance, which is capable of preventing noise break out. The lobby should be in use throughout entertainment
4. To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly audible one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
5. After 02.00hrs until 08.00hrs
