ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions that have been agreed with The Licensing Police Authority
CCTV
1. CCTV system working and recording good quality images of all public areas within the licensed premise
2. The recorded image to be kept for a period of 14 days
3. The Police licensing department will be informed if the CCTV system is not working properly
4. A notice will be displayed at the entrance advising CCTV is in operation
5. Lighting within the premise will not undermine the quality of the recorded image
GENERAL
1. All incidents of disorder inside and outside (if related to the Premise) will be reported to the Police as soon as possible
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
1. We always encourage good behaviour and actively discourage disorderly conduct
2. We are constantly alert with regard to any criminal activity
3. We are aware of fire and health safety regulations and adhere to the same
4. Fire and first-aid equipment is at hand
5. We discourage people from congregating in groups outside the premises and request that noise is kept to a minimum
6. We encourage people to dispose of any litter in an appropriate manner
7. Notices for taxis are displayed
8. Notices to avoid anti-social behaviour are displayed
9. Children must be accompanied whilst on the premises
