Sutton Harbour/Middle of Cattewater
(1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Onboard operation and passenger control procedures are set in place as per the licence of the Management and Coastguard Agency and onboard Domestic Safety Management systems, which now include the four licensing objectives of the Licensing Act 2003, and are of a high priority.
2. On loading and disembarkation, passengers are addressed and instructed to vacate the Vessel calmly and quietly.
3. Posters and signs are in place around each vessel making all staff aware of the legal drinking age, and that I/D maybe required
