ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions that have been agreed with The Environmental Health Authority
Public Safety
1.
a) The pavement and/or road around and beneath the trailer within a radius of 3 metres will be washed down with hot water at the end of trading to prevent grease and food debris causing a slipping hazard
b) An inspection of the pavement and/or road around and beneath trailer, within a radius of 3 metres, will be carried out hourly during standard hours of operation and grease and/or food debris which comes to the attention of the management will be cleared away
Public Nuisance
1. A sign which can be easily read by patrons, will be erected on the front of the trailer requesting that patrons move quickly and quietly away from the trailer once purchases have been made
2. All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that the generator does not cause an unacceptable noise nuisance to nearby residential properties. I will give consideration to advice offered by the Local Authority in this regard
3. Equipment will be regularly cleaned and maintained to control the levels of odour generated by the premises
4. Any odour emanating from the trailer will not be noticeable inside the nearest residential property
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
5. All instances of criminal activity immediately outside the trailer which come to the attention of the management during the hours of operation will be reported to the police at the earliest opportunity
6. An incident log will be kept, recording all instances of crime and disorder immediately outside the trailer which come to the attention o the management during the hours of operation
7. The incident log will be available for inspection by the Police and Local Licensing Authority during hours of operation
Public Safety
1. The trailer will comply with all applicable fire and other safety legislation, which may be in force from time to time and in accordance with advice provided by the Fire Authority or Local Authority
2. The management will ensure that current certificates are held in respect of food hygiene, public liability insurance, gas, electrical and fire safety equipment. These certificates will be available for inspection during hours of operation at the request of the Fire Authority or Local Authority
3. Drinks will not be served in glasses or glass bottles
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. A refuse receptical, with a properly fitted cover, is provided outside the trailer for the use of patrons
2. At the close of trading daily the management will patrol the area immediately outside the trailer to clear any litter associated with the premises
