ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
B Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing objectives
1. Staff are regularly advised on preventative measures to prevent crime and disorder.
2. CCTV in operation.
3. Club supervised by Committee.
4. No glass containers to be removed from premises (except wine) off sales
5. No open bottles served (except wine)
6. Door entry system with video surveillance - FOB operated for members only
7. Fire precautions in place
8. Fire alarm checks and extinguishers regularly serviced
9 Members asked to leave club quietly and respect our neighbours
10. No one served who appears to be inebriated
11. Band sound level kept in check
12. Bad behaviour/language not tolerated inside or outside club
13. Children must be supervised and accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when on the premises and must leave no later than 21:00 hrs
14. Children must not play fruit machines or be served at the bar or allowed to drink alcohol
15. They are permitted to attend special occasions (i.e. wedding receptions, birthday parties, etc) after 9 pm but must be supervised at all times
