Annex 2 - conditions consistent with the operating schedule
A Supply of alcohol
The authorised hours for the supply of alcohol do not prohibit:
1. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
2. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
3. during the first thirty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
4. the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Conditions that have been agreed with The Environmental Health Authority
1. There will be no live music including discos outside after dusk or 9pm whichever is the earlier
2. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the entertainment and periodically throughout the entertainment. If noise emanating from the premises is clearly audible 1 metre from the facade of the nearest residential property action will be taken to reduce the noise level.

The prevention of Crime and disorder
CCTV on entrance door recordings held for two weeks
Public safety
Emergency lighting and fire equipment maintained twice yearly
Weekly checks undertaken by steward on alarm & emergency lighting
The prevention of public nuisance
Any members not complying with rules and causing nuisance are asked to leave.
Guests must be signed in
Committee to deal heavily with offenders and often result in a ban
The protection of children from harm
Children must be accompanied
Children’s discos are overseen by committee members
Children’s parties supervised by adults (parents and committee members)
