Annex 2 - conditions consistent with the operating schedule
A Supply of alcohol
The authorised hours for the supply of alcohol do not prohibit:
1. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
2. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
3. during the first thirty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
4. the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
General
Trained Bar staff
Membership cards use in force
Signing in book for guest on main entrance
Limited number of guests allowed
Prevention of crime and disorder
Club employees are instructed not to admit or serve members and guests who behave in a drunk or disorderly fashion
Misconduct is reported to the committee to consider action under the clubs disciplinary code
No persons are permitted to remove drinks glasses or bottles from the premises
Public safety
Staff and committee clear tables of empty glasses and bottles
Fire action notices are posted
Emergency routes are signposted
Protection of children from harm
Children under the age of 18 are only allowed if accompanied by their parents or grandparents
No children are allowed in the bar area
Children applying to join the club must show proof of age
