• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.              A club premises certificate may not authorise the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises unless it also authorises the supply of alcohol to a member of the club for consumption on those premises.

  2.              A club premises certificate which authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption off-the premises must include the following conditions.

  a.              The first condition is that the supply must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  b.              The second condition is that any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

  c.              The third condition is that any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

• Annex 2 - conditions consistent with the operating schedule

   

  A              Supply of alcohol

   

  The authorised hours for the supply of alcohol do not prohibit:

   

  1.              during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;

  2.              during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;

  3.              during the first thirty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;

  4.              the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

   

   

  B              Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing objectives

   

  1.              CCTV, burglar alarms and regulated door entry system.

  2.              Proof of age for persons under 18 is required.

  3.              Fire appliances, fire and smoke alarms.

  4.              All current Health and Safety regulations will be complied with.

  5.              Double-glazing on all windows.

  6.              All members are required to leave quietly and notices are displayed to this effect.

   

• Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority

   

  A preferred taxi operator be nominated with Club members encouraged to use the service, and the taxi firm be requested to call into the Club for passengers and have no idling of engines whilst waiting or sounding of horns;

  To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly audible 1 metre from the façade of the nearest residential property.
