• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

   

  1.              doors and windows would be kept shut during entertainment;

  2.              a senior member of staff (manager) would assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment, and take action to reduce noise levels if they were found to be excessive/distinguishable above background levels at the nearest residential property;

  3.              to prevent entertainment being intrusive, any noise emanating from any entertainment on the premises would not be clearly audible one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property;

  4.              to prevent entertainment being intrusive within adjoining residential premises (sharing a party wall), noise from entertainment would not be distinguishable above background levels within residential accommodation.
