Annex 2 - conditions consistent with the operating schedule
A Supply of alcohol
The authorised hours for the supply of alcohol do not prohibit:
1. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
2. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
3. during the first thirty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
4. the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
A. Conditions that have been agreed with The Environmental Health Authority
Public Nuisance
Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment
A senior member of staff(manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the entertainment and periodically throughout the entertainment.
Before 23:00hrs - all entertainment
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly audible 1 metre from the facade of the nearest residential property.
Between 23:00hrs and close
Noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above back ground levels 1 metre from the facade of the nearest property
Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment
Steps taken to promote the four Licensing objectives
General
Full CCTV system within the building, which also covers the main entrance outside the building.
No entry policy onto the property after 23:00hrs
If there is a problem obtaining taxis at the end of the evenings then a minibus service will be offered to people to move them away from the premises
The prevention of crime and disorder
Door supervisors used on Fridays and Saturdays. Three are two on Friday and three on Saturdays.
At all times there is someone on site with an up to date BII qualification.
Public safety

No members admitted or guests admitted with any previous disorder offences related to the club
The prevention of public nuisance
Expel member from the club who cause such a nuisance. Not to Re-admit
Provision of a minibus service to assist moving club members away from the premises at the end of the night.
Area for people to commune at the end of the night is away from residential property and noise levels are monitored.
The protection of children from harm
Continue not to admit under 18's after the lunchtime period and not to serve under 18's with alcohol or permit the same to be consumed on the premises
