Steps taken to promote the four Licensing objectives
General
No alteration, either permanent or temporary (of a structural nature) shall be made in the premises without the consent of the Plymouth city council or any officer authorised to use the delegated powers on its behalf ("the council")
In these conditions the term 'premises' shall be the building, land or any part thereof known as 161 Ridgeway, Plympton, Plymouth. PL7 2HJ
The prevention of crime and disorder
No person or persons shall be admitted to the premises unless they are a member of The Lodge St Maurice club, an associate member or a guest (from another recognised Masonic lodge)
Public safety
All parts of the premises, including fittings shall be kept clean. The secretary of the Lodge St Maurice club or a delegated officer shall take all due precautions for the safety of the members, associate members or guests.
The exits in the premises shall be clearly indicated and maintained to afford person to person’s present ready and ample means of safe escape
The whole of the electrical installation of the premises shall be safe and maintained in good working order
The prevention of public nuisance
The secretary or delegated officer shall keep and maintain good order and decent behaviour in the premises and shall at all times ensure persons on or leaving the premises conduct themselves in an orderly manner and do not in any way cause annoyance to residents or persons passing by.
The secretary or delegated officer shall ensure that noise shall not emanate from the premises such as to cause persons in the neighbourhood to be unreasonably disturbed
The protection of children from harm
No children are permitted on the premises when the bar is open
