Annex 2 - conditions consistent with the operating schedule
A Supply of alcohol
The authorised hours for the supply of alcohol do not prohibit:
1. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
2. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
3. during the first thirty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
4. the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing objectives
1. The electrical system, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure their safety.
2. Where temporary electrical equipment is to be used, a suitable circuit breaker device will be installed to cover this equipment.
3. The circuit breaker should operate at a current not exceeding 30 mA and should comply with BS 4293. The device must be tested monthly and tests will be recorded.
4. The Gas System including appliances will be inspected and tested by a CORGI registered gas engineer annually and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate will be obtained.
5. All safety certificates and inspections reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
6. Provision for disabled patrons will be provided where it is reasonably practicable for disable access to the premises and the sanitary facilities.
7. The sanitary accommodation consists of:
Male WC’s - 2 Female WC’s - 5
Male urinal - 6 WHB’s - 4
WHB’s - 2
8. All sanitary accommodation will be maintained in good working order.
9. Suitable and sufficient lighting will be provided to the toilets.
10. Provision will be made for the collection and disposal of sanitary towels.
11. Suitable and sufficient ventilation will be provided to the toilets.
12. First aid provision will be available for the use of patrons.
13. CCTV will be provided to enhance the safety of patrons and staff where deemed appropriate.
14. Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment.
