ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
1 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
B Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing objectives
1. CCTV in operation at all times.
2. Computerised door entry system with video surveillance.
3. At all times the premise is open for business a member of staff will be present who is capable of operating the system and downloading images at the request of the police or a responsible authority
4. The Premise Licence Holder will ensure that a CCTV system which is fully compliant with the guidance contained in the (ICO) evidence document regarding installation of CCTV.
5. The CCTV will cover all area's of the premises to which the public have access including any outside area's.
6. CCTV images will be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
7. The system will be capable of downloading images to a recognisable, viewable format.
8. No glass containers to be removed from premises.
9. No open bottles served.
10. Notice asking members to leave club quietly and respect our neighbours.
11. No one served who appears to be inebriated.
12. Band sound level kept in check.
13. Bad behaviour or language not tolerated inside or outside the club. (Member will be called before the committee in the case of such behaviour).
14. All members must be over 18 years of age and proof provided. Challenge 25 will be implemented.
15. Proof of age will be requested if any doubt when serving alcohol.
16. The Licence Holder or nominated person shall have a written age verification policy in relation to sale or supply of alcohol.
17. This policy will include documented steps taken to prevent adults from purchasing for or on behalf of under 18's and will specify a challenge 25 proof of age requirement before sales of alcohol are made.
18. All bar staff supervisors/managers are trained in the legality of alcohol sales using SWERCOTTS the training pack every six months, signed and documented.
19. Children admitted as per club By-Laws and rules.
There will be no adult entertainment at this premise.
