Additional Conditions

ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

(1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

(2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

Steps taken in order to promote the four licensing objectives:

Toughened glass will continue to be used.
Existing CCTV system will continue to operate.
There will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption of Alcohol.
Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises quietly.
Staff will be required to challenge anyone who does not look over 21 to produce ID; signage will be in place at the site.
Adult entertainment (paid for by the company of a nude physical nature) is not permitted at these premises.
