A Conditions agreed with Environmental Health Authority
Public Nuisance
The outside area shall not to be used by patrons after 22.00 hrs for the purpose of an external drinking area. It may be used for the purpose of an outside smoking area after the 1st July 2007. This area must be supervised by staff to ensure patrons do not congregate. Staff must ensure that patrons disperse back into the venue after smoking to prevent disturbance to neighbouring residential accommodation.

C Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
1. Staff banned from drinking on duty
2. Records maintained of any material incidents within or in immediate vicinity of premises
3. Drugs warning notices on display
4. Zero tolerance to drugs use and dealing
5. Policy of banning customers for misbehaviour within or in vicinity of premises where deemed necessary and appropriate
6. Availability of soft drinks, non-alcoholic and/or low alcohol beverages at all times
7. Food available as necessary if occasion demands
8. Specific staff training and supervision in assessment of customer consumption and condition
9. CCTV system installed both internally and externally
10. Retention of tapes/discs etc for a minimum of 30 days
11. Licensed door staff to appropriate levels as necessary
12. No cheap alcoholic drinks promotions, cut-price drinks, ‘package deals’
13. No drinks hoarding
