Steps taken to promote the four Licensing objectives
General
Store diary to be maintained and all instances of public disorder in the immediate vicinity of the store are recorded in diary
Compliance with Local Authority fire regulations
Quarterly Fire detection and annual CORGI and PAT testing certificates
An ongoing plan of works for DDA Compliance implemented
The prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV equipment fitted, records kept for a period of 28 days. In the event of equipment failure, KFC replace/repair the CCTV equipment as soon as practicably possible.
Display notes regarding CCTV equipment in units
Alarms and also under counter panic buttons linked to a 24hour monitoring service fitted.
Public safety
No glass policy, no drinks or meals are supplied with glass containers
All shift runners must have attended and passed a first aid course
First aid kit maintained
Restaurant is non-smoking in public areas
The prevention of public nuisance
Waste bins inside and where permitted outside of premises are provided.
Waste bins are emptied and cleaned on a daily basis
Comply with the DEFRA voluntary code of practice on reducing litter caused by 'food on the go' - specifically conducting daily litter picks is the immediate priority
