ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Hours premises open to the public:
Monday to Wednesday 09.00hrs to 00.30hrs
Thursday 09.00hrs to 01.30hrs
Friday and Saturday 09.00hrs to 03.00hrs
Sunday 09.00hrs to 02.00hrs
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
That at all times:
The CCTV system was working and recording good quality images
The recorded image be kept for a period of 14 days
The Police licensing department be informed if the CCTV system was not working properly
A notice be displayed at the entrances advising that CCTV was in operation
Lighting within the premises not to undermine the quality of the recorded image
Public Nuisance
1. Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment
2. A member of staff will be positioned at exits particularly at closing times
3. Entrance lobbies will be in use throughout regulated entertainment
4. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be excessive/distinguishable above background levels at the nearest residential property
5. Regulated entertainment will cease at 00.00 hours except for seasonal variations as per the application, the finish time will be extended by one hour
6. Before 23.00hrs
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly audible one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
7. Between 23.00hrs and 01.00hrs
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
