Conditions that have been agreed with The Environmental Health Authority

Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment.
A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be excessive/distinguishable above background levels at the nearest residential property.
Between 00.00hrs and 02.00hrs
Noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above back ground levels one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
After 02.00hrs until 04.30hrs
Total sound containment within premises
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing objectives
Illumination is provided to the exterior areas of the Pub, accessible to the public
Door security and CCTV
The licensees/staff monitor customer behaviour especially during busy periods
Burglar alarm in place, alarmed doors and windows/secure windows
Drug prevention measures are employed, and signs displayed
Health and Safety policy in place and adhered
A quarterly risk assessment carried out
The pub is equipped with emergency lighting, illuminated exit signs
All fire fighting is serviced annually and there is a contract in place with ARC Fire Protection Limited
All portable electrical appliances are tested annually
Current electric and gas certificates in place
Pest control contract in place
The pub has a first aider and first aid facilities
The pub promotes customers to use taxis for making onward journeys
Accident/incident book on site for staff and public
Lobbied entrance which reduces noise emission
Do not have any aggressive drinks promotions
