ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing objectives
Public Safety
1. The electrical system, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure their safety.
2. The Gas System including appliances will be inspected and tested by a CORGI registered gas engineer annually and a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate will be obtained.
3. All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
4. All sanitary accommodation will be maintained in good working order.
5. Suitable and sufficient lighting will be provided to the toilets.
6. CCTV will be provided to enhance the safety of patrons and staff where deemed appropriate.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The handling of beer kegs, bottles and other similar items will not take place in the late evening, at night and during the early morning, when the noise generated could cause a nuisance particularly outside buildings.
Conditions that have been agreed with Trading Standards
Signs will be displayed to inform customers that anyone who looks under 21 will be asked for accredited photo ID and staff will be appropriately trained in implementing this policy.
