Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Steps taken to promote the four licensing objectives

   

  1.              Customers carrying open bottles upon entry shall not be admitted to the premises at any times that the premise’s are open to the public.

  2.              Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the police

  3.              Alcohol and other drinks may not be removed from the premise’s in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose.

  4.              The maximum occupancy of the building (including staff and performers) will be restricted to 250 persons.

  5.              Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.

  6.              Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.

  7.              Persons under the age of 18 shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 22.00hours.
