ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A. Conditions that have been agreed with The Licensing Police Authority
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
CCTV system working and recording good quality images.
The recorded image to be kept for a period of 14days.
The police licensing department will be informed if the CCTV system is not working properly
A notice will be displayed at the entrance advising CCTV is in operation.
Lighting within the premise will not undermine the quality of the recorded image.
General
All incidents of disorder inside and outside (if related to the premise) will be reported to the police as soon as possible.
Steps taken to promote the four Licensing objectives
Public Safety
1. The electrical system including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure their safety.
2. All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
3. The sanitary accommodation consists of:
Male WC'S 1 Female WC's 1
Male Urinals WHB'S 1
WHB'S 1
4. All sanitary accommodation will be maintained good working order.
5. Suitable and sufficient lighting will be provided to the toilets.
6. Provision will be made for the collection and disposal of sanitary towels.
7. Suitable and sufficient ventilation will be provided to the toilets.
8. First aid provision will be available for the use of patrons.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to a minimum after 11.00pm
2. All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting lid.
