ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions agreed with The Environmental Health Authority
1. Live Music will cease at 23.00hrs
2. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be excessive/distinguishable above background levels at the nearest residential property
3. Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment
4. Before 23.00hrs
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly audible one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
5. Between 23.00hrs and 00.00hrs
To prevent recorded music being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
6. Between 00.00hrs and Closing
Noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above back ground levels one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
Steps that have been taken to promote the four Licensing Objectives
1. All staff will have induction training to achieve the Licensing Objectives
2. Children are not permitted in to the bar area they may use the conservatory only
3. Only accredited I/D is accepted
