ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions agreed with The Environmental Authority
1. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment/ and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be excessive/distinguishable above background levels at the nearest residential property
2. Before 23.00hrs
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly audible one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
3. Between 23.00hrs and 01.00hrs
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
4. To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable in residential dwellings
Steps that have been taken to promote the four Licensing Objectives
1. Staff are fully trained to prevent serving alcoholic drink to people who are already intoxicated, and also those who may be under-age
2. In house CCTV system in operation and the tapes will be kept for 14 days
3. Emergency lighting and fire extinguishers have been installed
4. Only accredited proof of age schemes are recognised, and staff are fully trained in the I/D policy
