ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions that have been agreed with the Environmental Health Authority
Public Nuisance
Control of Odour
1. Ventilation equipment will be regularly cleaned and maintained to control the levels of odour generated by the premises
2. All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting and lockable lid and removed from site.
3. Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of litter generated by patrons will be available and maintained where outside area are provided for the use of patrons and emptied
4. Regular and thorough cleaning will take place throughout the trading period to reduce the build up of grease and so help reduce the risk of cooking odour nuisance
5. The licencee shall ensure that all evidence of litter, discharge or residue that occurs as a consequence of trade, are removed or washed down after the conclusion of trading each day. This may include oils, fats and debris
6. Where plant and machinery has the potential to cause a noise problem it will be positioned in such a way that the building structure provides as much screening as possible for nearby noise-sensitive properties. Alternatively, or additionally, control measures such as acoustic enclosures, acoustic louvers, silencers, or additional acoustic screening will be considered.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV camera on van
2. Glasses and glass bottles are not used
3. Observant staff carry mobile phones to report any anti-social behaviour
Public Safety
1. Van is stabilised
2. Regular health and safety checks by city council
3. Secured gas bottle and generator
4. First Aid box available
5. Fire extinguisher available and fire blanket on board
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. No music is played
2. Loitering around the van is discouraged
3. All litter is picked up
4. Generator used is of the low noise type
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Soft drinks only are sold
