ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
The authorised hours for the sale of alcohol does not prohibit:
1. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
2. the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
3. the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
4. the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;

The prevention of public nuisance
Door and windows will be kept shut during entertainment and staff will check periodically
The DPS will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the activity/ entertainment and periodically throughout.
Control the sound levels of music/ entertainment by the sound limiter already installed.

Suitable signage at the exits and an announcement prior to closing requesting patrons co-operation in leaving quickly & quietly

The protection of children from harm
Children are only allowed into the lounge bar when attending a private function and must be supervised at all time by a parent or guardian
A full range of soft drinks available
No children under the age of 14 are allowed into the public bar and those over 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Posters in foyer.
Robust proof of age provisions including signage in place. Signage stating no ID no drinks.
No children allowed in the area where the AWP machines are sited.
