ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps taken in order to promote the four licensing objectives.
1. A comprehensive range of soft drinks and hot beverages to be available.
2. To provide a substantial food/menu offering.
3. To maintain a safe occupancy level (currently 90 persons in licensed areas)
4. Noise levels monitored and amplified music to be controlled, so as not to cause nuisance to neighbouring properties.
5. Musical levels will be reduced after 23.00hours.
6. Doors and windows kept closed during music performances after 23.00hours or as necessary.
7. Outdoor areas to be monitored after 23.00hours and during musical performances.
8. Customers will be encouraged to leave quietly by way of notices.
9. A list of taxi numbers will be available.
10. The Premises' policy is that if a young person, who appears to be 21 or under, asks for alcohol, they will be required to prove their age before they are served, unless the bar staff are certain (from personal knowledge or because they have seen proof of age on a previous occasion) that the person is 18 or over. The forms of proof of age that we will accept are a passport, a photo driving licence or a proof-of-age card that has the PASS accreditation hologram on it. Photocopies will not be accepted. All staff will be trained in this policy and reminded about it frequently. Records of this training will be kept. A notice advising customers that they may be required to prove their age before they can buy alcohol will be displayed at the bar.
11. If the premise’s has gaming machines they are clearly marked for use of over 18's only.
12. If the premise’s has cigarette machines they are clearly marked for the use of over 16’s only.
13. No admission to under16’s after 19.00hours.
