Public Nuisance
The deliveries of goods will be restricted to after 8am and before 6pm daily
The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to minimum after 11.00pm
All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting/lockable lid
Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant equipment and machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such sources does not cause a statutory nuisance

We will keep a good relationship with the police and local residents
Staff training in relation to under-age drinking and identifying and refusing service to people who have already consumed too much alcohol
To retain a training schedule
There will be a strict no drugs policy
Toilet areas to be checked regularly
Smoking areas to the front and rear of the building to be monitored
We have arrangements with a dedicated taxi company
Signs requesting patrons to leave quietly and have consideration for neighbours
