ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions agreed with Devon and Cornwall Police
Conditions relating to the prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV
1. CCTV system working and recording good quality images.
2. The recorded image to be kept for a period of 14 days.
3. The Police Licensing Department will be informed if the CCTV system is not working properly.
4. A notice will be displayed at the entrance advising CCTV is in operation.
5. Lighting within the premise will not undermine the quality of the recorded image.
General
1. All incidents of disorder inside and outside (if related to the premise) will be reported to the Police as soon as possible.
Conditions agreed with Environmental Health Authority
1. To prevent noise being intrusive, noise emanating from the mechanical ventilation will not be distinguishable in the surrounding residential properties.
2. Odour from the cooking operations will not be detectable in the surrounding residential properties.
Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing objectives
1. Staff training covers keeping noise, litter and public disorder to a minimum/
2. Suitable signage posted at exit requesting patrons to make as little noise as possible and disperse quickly.
3. Litter to be collected in the immediate vicinity and extra bins provided where necessary.
4. Equipments and filters to be regularly maintained.
5. Deliveries restricted to daytime.
6. The relevant Authorities to be contacted if a child or group of children are thought to be at risk of harm.
