ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions agreed with The Environmental Health Authority
1. Windows and doors to be kept closed after 23.00hrs
2. There will be no amplified live entertainment after 23.00hrs. Recorded music, for the purpose of background music, may be played throughout the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol
3. Between 23.00hrs and close
Noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above back ground levels one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
4. Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment
5. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities/entertainment on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be distinguishable above background levels at the nearest residential property
Steps that have been taken to promote the four licensing objectives
1. Fire safety equipment checked and in a prominent position
2. Anyone who appears unfit or hostile is asked to leave the premises
3. Glasses and bottles are cleared regularly
4. The beer garden closes at 23.00hrs.
5. Customers are asked to leave the premises quietly, and unnecessary noise will not be tolerated by customers or taxis
6. A check is made for I/D when a persons age is in doubt
