Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  A. Conditions that have been agreed with Trading Standards

  Signs will be displayed to inform customers that anyone who looks under 21 will be asked for accredited photo ID and staff will be appropriately trained in implementing this policy.

   

  Steps taken to promote the four Licensing objectives

   

  General

  The sale of intoxicating liquor will be restricted to people resorting to the premises for the purposes of the trust.

  The sale of intoxicating liquor will be ancillary to sports events.

  No spirits will be sold.

  All alcohol will be served in plastic cups.

   

  The Prevention of crime and disorder

  There will be no promotions on the drinks

   

  Public Safety

  Regular inspections will be carried out of the gas and electrical services.

  A trained first-aider will be on the premises at all times.

  Adequate fire safety equipment and emergency lighting is installed.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance

  There will be adequate rubbish bins inside and outside the premises in which to dispose of empty cups.
