ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Supply of Alcohol
1. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to their meal.
2. Suitable beverages other than alcohol (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
The authorised hours for the sale of alcohol do not prohibit:
1. During the first thirty minutes after the end of authorised hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals;
Conditions agreed with The Environmental Health Authority
1. Ventilation equipment will be regularly cleaned and maintained to control the levels of odour generated by the premises
2. Provision of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning system will not allow noise breakout from the premises or cause a nuisance by its operation
3. Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant and machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum
4. The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to a minimum after 23.00hrs
5. Suitable signage at the exit to request the co-operation of patrons to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises
Steps taken to promote the four licensing objectives
1. The electrical system, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure their safety
2. The gas system including appliances will be inspected and tested by a CORGI registered gas engineer annually and satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate will be obtained
3. All safety certificates and inspection reports will kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies
4. The sanitary accommodation consists of:

5. All sanitary accommodation will be maintained in good working order
6. Suitable and sufficient lighting will be provided to the toilets
7. Provision will be made for the collection and disposal of sanitary towels
8. Suitable and sufficient ventilation will be provided to the toilets
9. First aid provision will be available for the use of patrons
10. A specific taxi operator has been nominated for staff and customers use. The company’s telephone number is advertised to customers. The operator, and all drivers, are aware that they should arrive and depart as quietly as possible, should not sound vehicle horns as a signal of their arrival or leave engines idling unnecessarily. In addition, staff will leave as quietly as possible, particularly at night and early in the morning
11. All of the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting lid
