ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions agreed with Environmental Health Authority
1. Karaoke, DJ and other similar entertainment using amplified voice will cease at 23.30hrs (22.00hrs outside)
2. Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment.
3. Staff will check prior to entertainment, and periodically during the entertainment, that all windows and doors are shut.
4. Management will control the sound levels of the music/ entertainment.
5. Before 23.00hrs
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly audible 1 metre from the facade of the nearest residential property.
6. Between 12 Midnight and Closing
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise 1 metre from the facade of the nearest residential property.
7. Between 00.00hrs and 02.00hrs
Noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above back ground levels 1 metre from the facade of the nearest residential property.
Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing objectives
1. Staff will be trained on the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 when they are recruited and given training in “drugs awareness” as part of their induction.
2. CCTV system.
3. Zero tolerance to drug dealing & drug abuse.
4. During event days the number of people will be limited.
5. Large signs asking the customers to leave the premises quietly and orderly.
6. Staff will regularly patrol the car park, beer garden and surrounding area to remove any litter etc that has been created by the patrons.
7. Under 18’s are not allowed in after nine o’clock.
8. Proof of age will be required for the sell of alcohol if they look under 21 years of age.
