Annex 2 - conditions consistent with the operating schedule
A Supply of alcohol
The authorised hours for the supply of alcohol do not prohibit:
1. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
2. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
3. during the first thirty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Steps taken to promote the four Licensing objectives
General
Monitored CCTV and door entry system
Only people who are members or are invited to a function will be allowed to gain entry to the club
Prevention of crime and disorder
The club will allow only selected organised functions, when appropriate plastic glasses will be used.
A door card entry system is in use at all times, otherwise the steward must be called on the intercom
Public safety
Glasses are collected regularly
Capcity is kept to a safe limit and the function room is well ventilated
Full fire safety and emergency lighting and up to date gas and electricity services that are maintained regularly
Prevention of public nuisance
Public nuisance will be kept to a minimum by the club being very selective in who uses the club.
Last entry time to private functions of 21.30hrs
Protection of children from harm
Children in the club must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
The club has a full range of soft drinks
