  Public Nuisance

  1.              Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant and machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum.

  2.              Ventilation equipment will be regularly cleaned and maintained to control the levels of odour generated by the premises.

  3.              The licensee must ensure that all staff are quiet during entering, operating and leaving the premises. This specifically applies to staff employed to deliver meals made by telephone orders. There will be no unnecessary car engines revving or idling, no audible music from car stereo equipment; or car door slamming during their arrival, presence and departure.

   

  Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing objectives

   

  Extraction and Ventilation system approved by the City Council. System designed to reduce noise and odour levels to an acceptable level.
