• Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority

   

  Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park; and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.

  No outside use of the premises for patrons at the rear smoking or otherwise.

  Between 23.00 and Close

  Noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above background levels 1 metre from the façade of the nearest residential property.

  The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to a minimum after 11.00 pm.

  All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting/lockable lid.

  Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of letter generated by patrons will be available and maintained.
