ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions agreed with The Environmental Representative
1. The doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment
2. Between 00.00hrs and 02.00hrs
Noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above background levels one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
3. After 02.00hrs until closing
Total sound containment within the premises.
Steps that have been taken to promote the four licensing objectives
1. The club will operate under its club rules, which are generally standard throughout the Rileys estate
2. CCTV system will continue to operate during the trading hours
3. All members of the club have a card with clear identification, including date of birth. These details are retained in our systems
4. We will have controlled access at the door, to ensure only members and guests are admitted
5. We shall carry out risk assessments relating to the prevention of crime and disorder, the banking of monies taken, and will continue to liaise regularly with the police.
6. We will carry out full risk assessments in respect of fire safety, health and safety, and will continue to upgrade these assessments on a twice-yearly basis. Our premises go through an audit process on a regular basis to check the validity of the assessments.
7. We are committed to being an asset to the local community, and will regularly assess the operations impact on neighbours and the locality.
8. We have junior membership for the under 18 year olds. The membership card is a different colour from others, and our management staff are usually aware of their identity, but can easily check them if required to do so. They are kept away from the part of the bar that serves alcohol and are restricted usually to the snooker and pool area.
9. Unaccompanied children are not allowed in the premises after 19.00hrs.
