ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A Regulated Entertainment
Standard National conditions applying to the existing [public entertainment licence].
Existing special conditions.
a) Capacity - 300
B Special Hours Certificate
In relation to the morning on which summer time begins, paragraph (1) of this condition shall have effect
a) with the substitution of references to three o'clock in the morning for references to two o'clock in the morning [or one hour following the hour actually specified in the certificate where the certificate currently requires closure between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.]
C Conditions attached to the existing Licence
The primary use of the building shall be for ten pin bowling
D Steps that have been taken to promote the four licensing objectives
1. CCTV system in operation and notices in place stating this
2. Door supervision during the additional hours will be reviewed in consultation with the police
3. So far as possible we shall ensure that no bottles or glasses are removed from the premises
4. For 24 hour events there shall be a last admission to the premises of midnight
5. We are committed to being an asset to the local community, and will regularly assess the operations impact on neighbours and the locality
6. Unaccompanied children under 16 years old will not be permitted on to the premises after 21.00hrs. Staff will continue to have rigorous training about preventing the sales of alcohol to underage persons, and we shall continue our policy of requiring photographic identification from any person who appears to be under 18 years of age
