Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises

   

  1.              Suitable beverages other than alcohol (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.

  1.              Primary use of this premise is as a restaurant/diner and children must have adult supervision after 22.00hrs.

  CCTV

  1.              A digital CCTV system will be fitted and the images recorded and kept for a minimum of 14 days

  2.              Identification images will be taken of persons entering or leaving the premises

  3.              All other images will be fit for purpose

  4.              The Police Licensing Department will be informed if the system is out of use

   

  Door Supervisors

  1.              At least one licensed door supervisor will be at the premises on Friday and Saturday nights from 22.00hrs to close of trading

  2.              All other times will be risk assessed as to their requirements
