• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Steps that have been taken to promote the four licensing objectives

   

  General

  The hotel offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Regular meetings take place to discuss ways to protect the public, abide by the law, prevent nuisance and be hazard aware, to maintain our 100% crime free environment.  Everyone is pro-active.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

  We display appropriate signage in the bar area.  We will not serve alcohol to minors, or anyone who may have consumed too much alcohol, and will inform the police if we suspect anyone driving whilst under the influence of alcohol.

   

  Public Safety

  The hotel has been inspected by our insurers and a health and safety representative.  We undertake general hotel inspections on a regular basis.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

  As the hotel is situated close to a residential area, we will not have music or nuisance.  Only diners and hotel guests are permitted to consume alcohol.  Staff, maintain a zero nuisance police.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

  We promote adult supervision at all times.

  Children are not allowed into the bar area.

  Children are allowed into the lounge area.
