ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
Stewarding on match days
On site, live in manager
The premises are alarmed
CCTV system in bars
An active Health and Safety consultant is present on all match days and they advise on non-match days
St Johns Ambulance present at all games
Westcountry Ambulance at all games with over 5000 persons in attendance
All personnel who are in contact with children are CRB checked
Conditions that have been agreed with the Environmental Health Authority
Public Nuisance
1. Live music and recorded music shall cease at 20.00hours outside
2. Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment
3. An announcement will be made prior to closing requesting patrons co-operation in leaving the premises and vicinity as quietly and quickly as possible
4. A member of staff will be positioned at exits particularly at closing times
5. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noise activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be excessive/distinguishable above background levels at the nearest residential property
6. Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment
Between 23.00hours and 00.00hours
7. To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premise will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
Between 00.00hours and 01.00hours
8 Noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above background levels one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
9. There shall be no regulated entertainment held in the sponsors marquee
10. Live music in the Cowlins marquee will cease at 23.00hours
