ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A Steps taken in order to promote the four licensing objectives
1. CCTV in operation in the bar area
2. Customers must leave the premises in an orderly manner
3. Windows and doors closed by 23.00hrs
4. Cellar cooling equipment monitored for noise output
5. I/D cards need to be produced on request if required with regards to under age drinking
B Conditions imposed by the Environmental Health Representative
1. The use of the beer garden/external areas will cease after 23.00hrs
2. There will be no entertainment in the beer garden and external areas after dusk or 21.00hrs whichever is the earlier
3. Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment
4. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities and or entertainment on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be distinguishable above background levels at the nearest residential property
