ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
We would consult and work with local authorities such as the police to help identify potential hazards that we may be unaware of.
Employee's working these late shifts would be made aware of procedures and potential hazards so that they can better prevent problems that can arise due to late night trading.
The prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV is installed and kept for a minimum of 28 days. The public are made aware that they are being recorded. If deemed necessary after a suitable risk assessment a town radio link will be purchased.
No alcohol will be allowed on the premises.
All drinks and food for take away, or via the Drive Thru will be served in plastic, paper or cardboard.
The premises and immediately around it will be monitored to avoid loiterers or noisy members of the public.
Public safety
All exits will be kept clear of obstruction and will be clearly identifiable.
All areas will have fully operational lighting, backed up by emergency lighting.
The surrounding car park where the site is located is illuminated by street lighting.
The prevention of public nuisance
Deliveries and waste disposal activities will not take place outside of the area between 2300 and 0500 hours.
In the vicinity of the premises litter directly related to sales will be collected and disposed of at the end of each day.
A suitable number of waste receptacles for refuse storage will be provided.
Car Parking restrictions limiting dwell time to under 1 hour unless details entered in to a tablet in store for an additional 1 hour, is in place to deter nuisance and idle vehicles, enforced by an ANPR and Fine system.
The protection of children from harm
No children will be permitted on the premises after 2300 hours.
Staff who are under 18 will not be permitted to work after midnight.
Staff who are under 16 will not be permitted to work after 1900 hours.
