ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Opened bottles or drinks containers will not be allowed to be taken from the premises and empty vessels will be removed as soon as they are finished with
2. Staff will be trained in drugs awareness and regular checks will be made in public areas
3. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of the local Pubwatch scheme as long as one exists
4. Irresponsible drinks promotions will not take place
5. The fire safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of a risk assessment as required by and in accordance with the Fire Precautions (workplace) regulations.
6. Gas and electrical equipment will be regularly checked by a suitably qualified person
7. Recorded music volume will be reduced to background level during the wind down period
8. All windows will be closed from 23.00hrs
9. A notice requesting customers leave in a quiet and orderly fashion at the end of trading time will be placed prominently, near to exits
10. Deliveries will not be taken either at an unreasonably early time in the morning or late at night
11. Photographic proof of age will be required to be shown by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears may be under 21 years of age
12. The showing of film will be mainly limited to sporting events etc. any other display would be considered in the light of suitability for children

Public Nuisance
1. Staff will check prior to entertainment, and periodically during the entertainment, that all windows and doors are shut
2. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment
