Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing objectives

   

  1.              To maintain closed-circuit TV cameras inside and outside the premises and to keep the recording for 28 days.

  2.              To participate in local pubwatch or clubwatch scheme.

  3.              Fire extinguisher and fire alarm checks will be made and inspected on an annual basis.

  4.              To carry out risk assessments for activities in the premises.

  5.              All external windows and doors shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except for access and egress to and from the premises and/or in the event of an emergency.

  6.              Outside of the premises to be kept litter free by staff on daily basis.

  7.              To ensure regular and adequate refuse collection from premises.

  8.              To ensure that anyone who appears to be below the age of 18 must produce valid ID (i.e. Passport, Photo Driving Licence, Proof of age card).
