Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises or any car park; and asked to leave the vicinity quickly and quietly.

  2.              An announcement will be made prior to closing requesting patrons co-operation in leaving the premises and vicinity as quietly and quickly as possible

  3.              Where practical, entrances are provided with lobbies with automatic door-closers. The lobbies are in use throughout the time of entertainment

  4.              A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring residential premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/ entertainment.

  5.              Management will control the sound levels of the music/ entertainment.

  6.              Before 23.00.

  To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly audible 1 metre from the facade of the nearest residential property.

  7.              Between 23.00 & 00.30

  To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise 1 metre from the facade of the nearest residential property.

  8.              The use of the rear patio and play area will not commence before the start of normal trading hours and will cease at 23.00 hours.

   

  9.              Function bookings will be limited to 150 persons.

  10.              All windows will be kept closed after 23:00.
