ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General - all four licensing objectives (b,c,d,e)
This will be done by effective training for all of our staff.
Management on site promotes and provides good and physical training, they are in day to day control of the premises and aware of their licensing obligations.
An efficient CCTV system is already installed.
The prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV is installed to monitor our one way entrance/exit and multiple positions around the floor and the storerooms to prevent crime of any distinction ie. theft, threatening behaviour, etc.
Clear notices informing customers and public that there is CCTV in the vicinity, which will deter any potential criminal activity.
Through our training, we discuss how we do not tolerate any drug use and how to address this if it comes up and also knowing when customers are too drunk or intoxicated despite the fact there will be no sale of alcohol.
No one carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses will be admitted to the premises at any time.
Public safety
All parts of the premises will be thoroughly maintained for the public’s health, such as all lighting, heatings, door fastenings, and sanitary accommodations. All rubbish will be removed from public areas on a regular and frequent basis.
An incident log book will also be on site with access given when necessary to the authorities.
The prevention of public nuisance
We ask customers whom are outside the premises to move on and keep noise to a minimum to reduce disturbance to any local residents.
Any deliveries or rubbish removals will be done at a time to not disturb local residents.
Rubbish bins will be provided to customers to prevent littering.
The protection of children from harm
No alcohol is on site as not being served.
No one under the age of 18 years will be permitted entrance unless in the attendance of an adult/guardian.
