Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

       

        

                1. External lighting to the  patio will be provided

                2. Railings separating the customers from the general public will be provided

                3. Regular staff training on customer care, health & safety and fire safety will be                             provided

                4. A range of soft drinks to be available

                5.Staff will request photographic proof of anyone who appears to be under the age                   of18 years and requests alcoholic drink

                6.Signage in place in relation to under age drinking
