ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. General
a) Staff will be trained on the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 when they are recruited.
2. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
a) I understand that the safety of occupants is also influenced by the numbers of persons present, their disposition and the activities taking place, and therefore undertake to maintain a safe occupancy level.
3. The Prevention of Public Nuisance
a) Recorded music volume will be reduced to background level during the wind down period to create a mood change.
b) All windows will be kept closed after 22.30.
c) A notice requesting customers leave in a quiet and orderly fashion at the end of trading time will be placed prominently near to exits.
4. The Protection of Children from Harm
a)The restrictions set out in the licensing Act 2003 will apply.
b)Photographic proof of age will be required to be shown by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears may be under 18 years of age.
c)The showing of film will be mainly limited to sporting events etc. Any other display would be considered in the light of suitability for children.
