Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a review hearing by the licensing authority (06th January 2009)
1. The beer garden must not be used for any purpose beyond 21.30hrs.
2. The access door to the beer garden must be fitted with a self-closing device that will prevent the door slamming
3. The performance of live entertainment should cease at 22.00hrs. The playing apart from background music should be incidental to the use of the premises
4. The licensee must prevent the consumption of alcohol outside the front of the premises
5. The licensee/management will assess the impact of smoking outside the premises to ensure that patrons act in a quiet and orderly manner
6. Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises and asked to leave the vicinity quietly and quickly as possible at closing time
7. A specific taxi operator is to be nominated for staff and customers use. The company’s telephone number is to be advertised to customers. The operator and all drivers to be aware they should arrive and depart as quietly as possible, should not sound their vehicle horns as a signal of their arrival or leave their engines running unnecessarily.
8. Patrons will be requested to remain inside the premises when waiting for taxis to arrive.
9. The premises licence holder shall provide a contact number to residents living within the vicinity upon request.
10. The beer garden and the front of the premises must be monitored with CCTV cameras to be installed within 3 months.
11. Any performance of live entertainment will be limited to a maximum two hour duration. There will be no more than two separate two hour entertainment session in any one calendar day. Any two hour session of music will be separated by at least a one hour interval.
